Hello! I am currently a student and looking for part-time work, so I would be happy to help with dog walking, feeding and caring for your pet. I can also stay at the owner's home when needed, but I do not provide boarding at my own home. I have been around animals my whole life and genuinely love them. I have had three dogs and two cats of my own, and my oldest dog is currently 15 years old. Two of my dogs came into my life as puppies, so I am also very familiar with caring for and raising dogs from a very young age. I also have hands-on experience caring for newborn kittens and helping raise them from their first days of life. In addition to my personal experience as a pet owner, I have also worked as a pet sitter and have experience caring for and walking other people's dogs and cats. I have walked dogs of different sizes and breeds, including Corgis, Pomeranians, Yorkies, mixed-breed dogs and a Labrador. I always walk dogs on a leash, preferably using a harness, and I am familiar with basic obedience. I can also put pets in coats or boots when needed. I am comfortable with everyday pet care: following the owner's feeding instructions, including special diets, administering medication, bathing, drying and brushing pets, trimming nails and keeping their environment clean. I am also perfectly comfortable cleaning up after pets during and after walks. I absolutely love playing with animals. Energetic pets don't scare me — I am happy to play with them and help them burn off some energy. At the same time, I am equally comfortable with shy, quiet or independent animals. I respect each pet's personality and boundaries and adapt to their individual habits and needs. Most of my professional pet-sitting experience has been with cats — I have cared for up to four cats at the same time. I also have experience caring for a hedgehog.
